Detail Itinerary

Outline Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival Day in Kathmandu (1,300 meters), transfer to Hotel.

Day 02: At the morning breakfast meeting with the guide, Orientation day, checking equipment, gears, and shopping in Thamel. Stay at Hotel.

Day 03: Preparing for Ama Dablam Peak, Half day sightseeing at Kathmandu. Stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840 meters) flight then Easy walk to Phakding (2,550 meters) – 2/3 hours. Stay in the teahouse.

Day 05: Lukla to Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters) via Sagarmatha National park. Sleep in a teahouse – 5/6 hours.

Day 06: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar. Stay in the teahouse.

Day 07: Namche Bazaar to Pangboche (3,860 meters) Stay in the teahouse – 5/6 hours.

Day 08: Trek to Dingboche (4,410 meters) -3/4 hours.

Day 09: Acclimatization (Rest) day in Dingboche. (This day hiking to Nangkartshang Peak, 5,083 meters) – 4/5 hours. 

Day 10: Trek to Lobuche (4,940 meters) - 3 /4 hours.

Day 11: Trek to Lobuche High Camp (5,400 meters) - 3 /4 and pre- Climbing training.

Day 12: Summit on Lobuche East Peak (6,119 meters) and back to High Camp - 9/10 hours.

Day 13: Reserve day.

Day 14: Trek down to Pangboche (3,860 meters) - 5/6 hours.

Day 15: Pangboche to Ama Dablam Base Camp (4,570 meters) Stay in the tent– 2/3 hours. This beautiful day left way to Everest Base Camp trek.

Day 16: Acclimatization and Rest day, Sherpa Prayer ceremony (Puja) for Good luck.

Day 17: Climbing and Fixed rope training day on small cliffs near base camp.

Day 18: Ama Dablam Base Camp to Advance Base Camp (5,350 meters), easy walk paths – 1 /2 hours – Sleep at the tent.

Day 19: Advance Base Camp to Camp I (5,700 meters), return to Base Camp - 4/5 hours.

Day 20: Acclimatization and Rest day in Base Camp (4,570 meters) Sleep in a tent.

Day 21: Base Camp to Camp I (5,700 meters) -4/5 hours Sleep in a tent.

Day 22: Acclimatization and Rest in Camp I.

Day 23: Camp I to Camp II (5,900 meters) return to Camp I, Easy Climbing to Camp 2- 5/6 hours, Sleep in a tent.

Day 24: Camp I to Base Camp (4,570 meters) – 2/3 hours Sleep in a tent.

Day 25: Acclimatization and Rest at Base Camp, Sleep in a tent.

Day 26: Base Camp to Camp I (5,700 meters) – 4/5 hours, sleep in a tent.

Day 27: Camp I to Camp II (5,900 meters) – 3 /4 hours, sleep in a tent.

Day 28: Wake up at midnight, eat breakfast and attempt the summit of Ama Dablam (6,812 meters), return to Camp II – 10/12 hours, sleep in a tent. This day time depends on the climber, how long does it take to summit, sleep in a tent.

Day 29: Extra day for Summit attempt, sleep in a tent.

Day 30: Camp II to Base Camp – 5/6 hours, sleep in a tent.

Day 31: Base Camp to Tengboche -3/4 hours, sleep in the teahouse.

Day 32: Tengboche to Namche Bazaar -4/5 hours, sleep in teahouse.

Day 33: Namche Bazaar to Lukla -5/6 hours, teahouse.

Day 34: Lukla to Kathmandu Flight – 45 minutes flight, Sleep in Hotel.

Day 35: Rest and shopping day in Kathmandu – Stay in Hotel.

Day 36: Fly Home.
