White Hill Adventure Treks & Expedition is one of the trustful Himalayan leader’s companies in Nepal. We want better and better services in tourism, We believe ” our honesty leads to success”. Terms and Conditions, most important information before you booked the trip. Please, read the detailed term and conditions carefully.

General Booking Conditions:

For Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet: Provide us your passport photocopy and your flight details and 30 % to 50% of the trip cost as a deposit while booking your trip with us. Which is a non-refundable deposit. The rest amount can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu before you set out for your trek/climbing/tour.

Trip cancellation fee:

-Cancellations made until 30 days prior to departure: 30% will be kept as a cancellation fee, 70% of the tour cost will be refunded.
-Cancellations made from 29-8 days prior to departure: 60% will be kept as a cancellation fee, 40% of the tour cost will be refunded.
-Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to departure: 100% will be kept as a cancellation fee, 0% of the tour cost will be refunded.

Unsuccessful trip:

If in the case of uncompleted/unsuccessful trekking, climbing, or tour due to the customers’ own problem, sickness, and unfavorable weather, the amount of money paid will be not refundable.

Trip Postponement Policy:

If a customer is unable to start the trip after making the deposit due to personal reasons such as sickness or family problems, the deposited amount will not be lost. Instead, it can be transferred to a future trip.

  • If the postponed trip is undertaken within 1 year, there will be no extra cost.
  • If the trip is postponed for more than 1 year, an additional 10% charge will be applied for each year

Last-minute booking:

We even accept last minute booking. You can book a trip to Nepal 3 days ago to the trip departure dates. Last-minute booking may not acceptable in the case of a Bhutan or Tibet trip.
