Day 04: Lhasa(3,650 m) to Shigatse (3,900m) Via Gyantse 271Km. Overnight stay at Shigatse.
Day 05: Shigatse (3,900m) toRonbuk (4,980m) 355Km. Stay Overnight at Hotel.
Day 06: Ronbuk(4,980m) to Everest Base Camp back (5,150m) to Tingri (4,300 m)90 Km.
Day 07: Tengri (4,300 mtrs) to Kerung (2,800 m) /Lhatse.
Day 08: Kathmandu Kerung boarder (2,800m) 165 KM.
Day 09: Rest day in Kathmandu.
