Note for Everest Base Camp short Trek
Dear All trekkers; due to heavy traffic in Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Nepal Government (Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, CAAN) decide to sift flight from Ramechhap Airport to Lukla Airport instead of flight from Kathmandu. The Ramechhap Airport is 135 KM from Kathmandu. It is around 4 hrs driving distance from Kathmandu.
We leave from Kathmandu to Ramechhap Airport at o1:30 am midnight. And we will take around 6:30 am flight from Ramechhap to Lukla.
Direct flight available on (December to March and June to August). Other High season April to May and September to November only flight available from Ramechhap Airport.

Ideally, it involves fewer acclimatization days. Normally, Everest Base Camp Trek is 12 Days.
Can I store Luggage at Kathmandu?
Yes, You can store your luggage in our company or Hotels in Kathmandu. We have a luggage store room. If you have any important things like Laptops and etc. You can inform us. We will make it more safe and put it on the ward board. All the Storage are free.
How long does the Everest Base Camp short trek?
The Everest Base Camp short trek usually takes around 9 to 12 days, We are offering to the trekkers 11 days Everest base Camp short trek.
Preparation and Fitness
What level of fitness is required for Everest Base Camp short trek?
For the trek a moderate fiscal fitness is okay. Not necessary to be a expert trekkers to do Everest Base Camp short trek. If you are healthy, normal preparation is good for this trek.

What are the symptoms of altitude sickness?
If you feel Headache, Dizziness, fatigue and shortness of breath these things are symptoms of Altitude Sickness. If you have problems, tell your guide he is handling to take you down as soon as possible to get better to your health. If necessary we will do emergency evacuation service.

How do I get to the trekking starting point of Lukla ?
We will transfer you from your Kathmandu hotel to the airport. Your Trekking guide will be waiting for you at Lukla Airport with your name plate. Your trekking journey will begin from Lukla .
What type of accommodation is available during the trek?
All mountain accommodations are Tea Houses accommodations at Local village, somewhere private room some where it can be shared depending upon the trekking seasons.

What trekking gear (Equipment) do I need to bring?
The trekking gear should be trekking boots, warm clothing (layers), a good quality sleeping bag, a backpack, a rain jacket, a hat, gloves etc. Trekking poles and water purification tablets can also be helpful for your trek.
Can I rent gear (Trekking equipment) in Kathmandu?
Yes, there are many shops they will offer you to rent trekking gear like Sleeping bags, trekking boots, Down Jackets and trekking poles etc. Others wear things like Pants, T-Shirt and other warm clothes they will not rent.

The Basic medical facilities are available in Namche Bazaar. More serious medical issues may require evacuation to Kathmandu. If needed we have the emergency evacuation service which can help you to get to Good hospital as soon as possible.

What kind of food is available during the trek?
We will provide you with a variety of food, including traditional Nepalese dishes like Dal Bhat, as well as more familiar foods like pasta, Pizza, noodles, potatoes, and eggs etc. You can choose any kind of food you prefer to eat. There will be a MENU for the food list. We provide you foods three times a day including Tea or Coffee.
Is the water safe to drink?
Yes, mountain water is good for health but we recommend you to take a water bottle and purification tablets to make it better. You can also buy Mineral water to drink.

What local customs and traditions should I know about?
We suggest you respect local traditions. Better to ask for permission before taking photos of people. Learning a few basic Nepali words can also be appreciated. Your trekking guide will teach you some Nepali words (Thank You – Dhanyabad) and some others.

How much do you recommend to carry the backpack?
We always suggest the trekkers carry light backpacks. Ideally around 8-10 Kgs. Pack only necessary backpack.

Detail Itinerary
Day 01: Fly to Lukla from Kathmandu, and trek to Phakding (2620 m). 35 Minute Flights and 3\4 hrs trek
Catch an early morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. A mesmerizing flight that greets you to the Khumbu region with a scenic aerial view of the region. Within 30 minutes you’ll reach Lukla and start your trek to Phakding, an enchanting village that lies beside the Dudh Koshi river. The trail to Phakding transitions you from civilization to remote villages. Overnight stay in Phakding.
Day 02: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m). 5\6 hrs Trek
With a early breakfast, you join back on the trail for Namche Bazaar (4-5 hours). Ascend gradually along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing a couple of suspension bridges and passing through picturesque villages. Namche Bazaar, known as the trade center of the Khumbu region, always remains lively. In the evening roam around this vibrant town. Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.
Day 03: Rest Day at Namche Bazaar (3440m). 3\4 hrs day hike
Acclimatization becomes essential during high-altitude trekking. Your max point in this trek will be 5,364 meters at Everest Base camp & 5550 m Kala-Patther . Better to acclimatize your body to more Fitness. That day we will Exploring the town and local markets as well, with organizing short hikes around the Everest view Point.
Day 04: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche Monastery (3860m). 4\5 hrs
Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3860 meters) in about 5 hours. As you pass through the rhododendron forests, be treated to stunning views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Reaching Tengboche, visit the famous Tengboche Monastery and enrich yourself with its fascinating culture and architecture. Overnight stay in Tengboche Monastery.
Day 05: Tengboche to Dingboche (4420m). 4\5 hrs
Trek from Tengboche to Dinboche in about 5.5 hours. The trail continues to open up, with each day providing a better view of Everest. Descend to Imja Khola Valley, and arrive at Dingboche, a picturesque village surrounded by fields. Overnight stay in Dingboche.
Day 06: Dingboche to Lobuche (4910m). 4\5 hrs
Trek from Dingbcohe to Lobuche in about 5 hours. With each step, you gain a little altitude as you gradually ascend towards Thukla, a memorial to climbers who lost their lives on Mt. Everest. Continue trekking alongside the Khumbu Glacier to reach Lobuche. Overnight stay in Lobuche.
Day 07: Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5365m) and Gorak Shep (5180m). 5\6 hrs
The day has come when you step into the magical Everest Base Camp. From Lobuche, in around 6-7 hours you’ll reach Everest Base Camp afternoon. The majesty of the Base camp, with Everest standing right in front gets you overwhelmed by the raw beauty of Nature. Spend time in the Base Camp, make memories, and return to Gorak Shep for an overnight stay.
Day 08: Hike to Kala Patthar (5545m), Trek down to Pheriche (4120m). 5\6 hrs
Kala Pathhar is known to offer the best view of Mount Everest, even better than the base camp, and we definitely can’t miss that. Early morning we hike to Kala Patthar for a majestic sunrise view of Everest and the surrounding peaks. With that, we begin our descent as we continue trekking down to Pheriche. With a round trip of 7 hours, you spend the night in Pheriche.
Day 09: Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3440m). 4\5 hrs
Continue with the descent as these final moments in the trail, you soak up all the experiences and memories. You descend back to alpine landscapes and rhododendron forests taking you to Namche Bazaar in 4 hours. Have a relaxing evening in this vibrant city, gazing at Everest for one last time.
Day 10: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2840m). 5\6 hrs
Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla in about 7 hours, leaving behind the Himalyas and exiting the Sagarmatha National Park. You descend steeply through sherpa villages and lush forests making your way to Lukla. You celebrate the completion of your trek and spend your last night in the Himalayas with an overnight stay in Lukla.
Day 11: Morning Flight back to Kathmandu. 35 minutes flight
Early morning at 6:30 am flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, experiencing the same magical aerial view. Waving goodbye to this sanctuary, you now land in the vibrant city of Kathmandu. In the evening you can shop around Thamel for souvenirs and give yourself a relaxing time. With this, your journey finally comes to an end.
