Manaslu at 8,163 m, Ganesh Himal 7,405 m, Langtang Lirung 7,234 m, Ghengu Liru 6571m / 21,560ft (Langtang II), Kimshun 6,745m and Shalbachum 6,918m to the south, as Chimsedang Lekh forms a ridge of peaks. Beyond it extends to Jugal Himal, terminating at Dorje Lakpa 6,966 m, Madiya 6,257 m and Phurbi Ghhyachu 6,637 meters, all these high peaks forms border of Nepal and Tibet.

Starting from Kathmandu with a nice drive to reach Jugal Himal & Panch Pokhari, heading past Dolalghat and Chautara, and then walk on moderate path to steep uphill for few days, from warm sub-tropical to alpine climate making a drastic change in vegetations with amazing scenery.This trek leads through many traditional Newari, Magar and Tamang villages with Buddhist and Hindu culture.After exploring villages journey continues into hidden valley at Panch Pokhari beneath huge mountains of Jugal Himal range.With marvelous time around Panch Pokharai return journey on an alternative route via Helambu areas of Yangrima Khola, Laghang Gompa and to Tarke Gyang and ending this journey at Sundarijal for the drive back to Kathmandu after a wonderful time with great services of White Hill Adventure Treks & Expedition.

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: In Kathmandu for tour and trek preparation.
Day 03: Drive to Chautara and trek for 2 hours to Sim-Bhanjyang.
Day 04: Trek to Kami Kharka – 05 hours.
Day 05: Trek to Choyo Kharka – 06 hrs.
Day 06: Trek to Bhaisi Kharka or Hille Kharka -06 hrs.
Day 07: Trek to Nasimpatti – 06 hrs.
Day 08: Trek to Panch Pokhari on route to Tilman’s pass.
Day 09: Rest day at Panch Pokhari for local hike and exploration.
Day 10: Trek back to Nausing Pati -05 hrs.
Day 11: Trek towards Yarsa Kharka – 06 hrs.
Day 12: Trek to Yangrima Khola – 05 hrs.
Day 13: Trek to Laghang Gompa – 06 hrs.
Day 14: Trek to Tarke Gyang – 05 hrs.
Day 15: Trek to Tharepatti via Melamchigaon – 06 hrs.
Day 16: Trek to Gul Bhanjyang 2,125 m – 05 hrs.
Day 17: Trek to Chisopani Danda 2,195 m -05 hrs.
Day 18: Trek to Sundarijal 1,380m with an hour drive to Kathmandu.
Day 19: Departure with international flight to home countries.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

On reaching at Kathmandu international airport where White Hill Adventure Treks & Expedition staff will receive and then transfer you to respective hotels around Kathmandu city. After getting refreshed from the flight our guide briefs you with information of hotel, Kathmandu and Jugal Himal & Panch Pokhari trekking.

Day 02: Sightseeing tour and trek preparation.

Morning our city guide will take you for sightseeing tour at places of interest as Kathmandu valley full of world heritage sites, temples, monasteries, old king’s palaces after an interesting tour back to hotel, preparation for Jugal Himal & Panch Pokhari trekking.

Day 03: Drive to Chautara 1,400m and trek for -03 hours to
Sim Bhanjyang or Syaule 1,500m.

From Kathmandu morning drive on Kodari highway past Kathmandu Valley to Dolalghat where Sun-Kosi River flows, after Dolalghat drive towards Chautara on leaving Kathmandu to Tibet highway, from here drive to Chautara.A moderate size town-village, from here depending upon road condition then continue drive to Syaule, or start walking on winding path through villages to Sim-Bhanjyang or Syaule for overnight stops.

Day 04: Trek to Kami-Kharka Danda 2,300m – 05 hrs.

After first overnight camping, morning walks leads to small farm villages and climb towards Okrin Danda (ridge) through forest of oaks and rhododendrons, on reaching Kami Kharka for overnight camp in a grassy meadow in the middle of beautiful forest.

Day 05: Trek to Choyochyo Kharka or Danda 2,800 m -06 hrs.

The trek from here continues on Kami danda through beautiful forest with views of landscapes and peaks. Walk follows a ridge crest to a large chorten at 3,160m the path traverse to cross western slopes of Choyochyo Danda, and then descend to our overnight camp at 2,800m high.

Day 06: Trek to Bhaise or Hille Kharka 3,700m. – 05 hrs.

Today’s walk leads with steep climb to Hille-Bhanjyang ridge and across stony and grassy pastureland to cross a ridge leading down-hill into cool forest, walking across wet gullies to reach Chang Samparphu at 3,915m, with downhill to overnight camp at Hill-Bhanjyang also called Bhaise Kharka.

Day 07: Trek to Nasimpatti 3,800 m – 04 hrs.

From this campsite, walk leads to Nasimpatti s short day for lunch and overnight camp, after a nice walk then climbing towards a steep uphill on a hillock, traversing towards an open area with prayer flagstone trail to reach another crest to Nasimpatti with views of Jugal Himal range.

Day 08: Trek to Panch-Pokhari 4,160 m – 04 hrs.

Today a fairly short walks to our overnight camp at Panch Pokhari our high lights of this trip. From this camp climb on well defined path all the way to Panch Pokhari, after a nice walk reaching at Panch Pokhari meaning five ponds which is a holy and important sites for Hindus.During monsoon times of June-July months on full moon, thousands of Hindu and some Buddhist pay homage to this holy spot.

Day 09: Rest day at Panch-Pokhari for local excursion.

A rest day, here explore the five holy ponds in the vicinity of Lingshin and Jugal Himal range near Tilman’s routes, he pioneered this area finding route to Langtang in early 1950’s

Day 10: Trek back to Nasimpatti – 04 hrs.

This morning with grand views walk back to Nasimpatti for lunch and overnight camp.

Day 11: Trek to Yarsa-Kharka 2,530m – 06 hrs.

From here our route diverts towards west past ravines and small streams, walk follows to a good camping site at Yarsa-Kharka also called by the name Ghai-Kharka.

Day 12: Trek to Yangrima-Khola 1,400 m – 06 hrs.

Morning walk leads to through forest of oaks and rhododendrons crossing few rivers, and then passing farm villages descending towards a small steep trail to a bridge over Panch Pokhari Khola. From here our route climbs and then downhill following Larke Khola below Yangri village for overnight camp.

Day 13: Trek to Laghang Gompa 2,600 m. – 06 hrs.

Start walking across a bridge over Larke and Yangri kholas through Yangri village. From here climb steadily towards north-west passing scattered farm villages and terrace into forest to reach at Gangkharka, then walk to next valley with a climb to Laghang Gompa for overnight stop.

Day 14: Trek to Tarke-Ghyang 2,560m – 06 hrs.

From here climb through beautiful forest approaching nice pasture land with stone houses and then a steep downhill to Tarke Ghyang for overnight stop.Tarkegyang, a main village of Helambu area, the place is also famous for green apples and wood carving furniture.

Day 15: Trek to Tharepatti 3,500m -06 hrs.

After a wonderful time at Tarke Ghyang our route diverts towards Melamchi Kola after crossing the river as the path climbs towards Mealmchegaon a nice mid hills village, from here climbs into deep forested area for few hour to Tharepatti with overnight camp.Tharepatti located on route Langtang and Gosainkund trekking trail, a lovely spot with views of snowcapped peaks of Jugal Himal range with Ganesh-Manaslu towards west.

Day 16: Trek to Gul Bhanjyang 2,125 m – 05 hrs.

Morning walk to Gul Bhanjyang village on route Kathmandu, starting with gradual winding path through farm and small forest area with downhill walk passing villages and farm fields to end the day walk at Gul Bhanjyang village for overnight stop.

Day 17: Trek to Chisapani Danda 2,195 m – 05 hours.

As the day walk progress heading near to Kathmandu valley ridges at Chisapani, morning walk starts with short uphill through farmlands and villages into forest with scenery with downhill to Patibanjayang village, from this nice village uphill for an hour to Chisopani for last overnight stop of the adventure, before completing at Kathmandu.Chisopani village with about 5 to 6 lodges a beautiful spot located on a ridgel on route Kathmandu, Langtang, Helambu and Nagarkot offers striking sunrise and sunset views over range of mountains.

 Day 18: Trek to Sundarijal 1,380m an hour drive back to Kathmandu.

Morning catching sunrise views over mountains, last day walk of this adventure leads downhill through forest and farmlands and then on path, passing farm villages of Tamang people around Burlang and Chepu Bhanjyang at 2,438m with views of Kathmandu Valley.Continue downhill to Sundarijal (meaning beautiful water) a nice and pleasant spot within forest and fresh water streams, a popular picnic spot for Kathmandu people to be away from hectic busy city life.

From here an hour downhill to road head at Sundarijal, and then a short drive back to Kathmandu after a fantastic time around high mountains, on reaching your hotel afternoon free for individual activities and shopping.

Day 19: International departure for home ward bound.

After a memorable time and great adventure around Jugal Himal & Panch Pokhari trekking with great services of White Hills Hill Adventure Treks & Expedition guides, as per the flight time our staff transfers you for the final departure homeward bound.

  2. Dormitory rooms, Guest houses and 1-5 star hotels in Kathmandu and pokhara. As your    choice. Normally without bargaining we will give you 2/3 star hotels.
  3. Wel come dinner and farewell dinner.
  4. Normal permit and TIMS card.
  5. Transportations Tourist bus and Local bus + Taxi.
  6. Normal teahouse/ accommodation during the trek.
  7. Three times meals (Breakfast, Lunch and dinner) a day during the trek.
  8. Government licensed holder guide who can speak extra languages (like Chinese, Japanese , French, Korean, Malaysian, Dutch, Italy, Spanish and Hindi) as yours needed and assistance guide(7 trekkers:1 assistance guide)
  9. 1 strong and  friendly potter for 2 trekkers( A POTTER can carry mximum 25kg).
