Lwer Dolpo Trekking a fascinating adventurous trip with White Hill Adventure Treks & Expedition, which leads you to amazing views of mountains and landscapes in the backdrop of old Bonpo (pre-Buddhism) and Tibetan Buddhism culture.

Beginning Lower Dolpo Trekking taking a flight to Nepalgunj city on warmer areas around Nepal’s Far South West Nepal, from Nepalgunj continue with next short flight to Dolpo to land at Jhupal with marvelous views of mountains on these scenic flights.

Lower Dolpo Trek starts from Jhupal to beautiful emerald Phuksumdo Lake after a good and interesting walk through Dunai, a large village / town and headquarter of Dolpo district.

From here walk past nice villages of Ankhe and Sulighat then reaching at Phuksumdo Lake and Ringmo village.

With marvelous time enjoying the rest day at Ringmo village at Phuksumdo Lake, our return journey continues over highest pass of this adventure crossing Baga-la 5,070 meters and Jeng-la 5,090 m with superb mountains views, valley and surrounding landscape.

From here heading back to Jhupal on route visiting interesting villages of Tokyu and Tarakot around high scenic route to reach at Dunai and Jhupal for last overnight in Dolpo.

Day 01:           Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
Day 02:           In Kathmandu morning sightseeing afternoon fly to Nepalgunj.
Day 03:           Fly to Jhupal 2,320 m then drive to Dunai 2,850m – 02 hrs.
Day 04:           Trek to Ankhe 2,896m – 06 hrs.
Day 05:           Trek to Sumdu / Sulighat village 3,500m -06 hrs.
Day 06:           Trek to Phuksumdo Lake 3,500 m – 05 hours.
Day 07:           Rest day at Phuksumdo Lake for local excursion.
Day 08:           Trek and cross Baga La 5,070m and camp 4,470 m – 06 hrs.
Day 09:           Cross Numala 5,190m and camp at Phedi – 07 hrs.
Day 10:           Trek to Tokyu Gaon 4,200 m via Jeng la 5,090 m – 06 hrs.
Day 11:           Trek to Dho Tarap 4,040m- 05 hrs.
Day 12:           Trek to Tarap Khola ( Kamekharka) 3,800m – 07 hrs.
Day 13:           Trek to Kharigaon 3,150m – 05 hours.
Day 14:           Trek to Tarakot 2,850 m – 05 hrs.
