Jomsom and Muktinath bike Tour of 6 days, takes you on a ride to reach the most beautiful place at Pokhara, a renowned scenic spot blessed with natural scenery of mountains and lakes.

From Pokhara heading due west on Beni-Pokhara scenic highway with interesting ride observing rural farm life around villages and town of Baglung and Beni to reach Tatopani, a warm area with natural hot-spring to enjoy.

After refreshing time at Tatopani where motorbike ride takes you on the newly built mountain road, heading into Kaligandaki River valley and into world deepest gorge formed by giant Dhaulagiri and Annapurna mountains.

The journey continues to reach a lower Mustang at Jomsom, a headquarter town of Mustang district and home to Thakali people of Buddhist religion and colourful culture.

From Jomsom ride on the windy valley of Kaligandaki valley to head north towards our goal at holy Muktinath temple premises and the highest spot of the adventure on Jomsom and Muktinath Motorbike Tour of 6 days.

Jomsom-Muktinath Ride Itinerary:

Day 01: Kathmandu to Pokhara -210 KM. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 02: Pokhara to Tatopani-100 KM (4 hours). With overnight stops
Day 03: Tatopani to Muktinath- 78 KM (4 hrs 30 mins) with overnight stops
Day 04: Muktinath to Tatopani-78 KM (4 hours 30 minutes) with overnight
Day 05: Tatopani to Pokhara and at Bandipur- 180 KM (6 hrs) with overnight.
Day 06: Bandipur to Kathmandu- 148 KM (4 hrs and 30 mins) end of services

Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Kathmandu to Pokhara -210 KM. Overnight in Pokhara.
A great day ride on Royal Enfield Motorbike the right bike for Himalayan roads, accompanied by our expert guide and mechanic (in case if bike needs to be maintain).

Ride leads on Nepal main highway then heading Mid-West to reach at beautiful Pokhara city, adorned with natural beauty of Annapurna peaks and lakes for overnight stop.

Day 02: Pokhara to Tatopani-100 KM (4 hours) with overnight stops.
Morning along with grand views of Annapurna and Machhapuchare Himal ‘Fish Tail’ peaks head towards due west past Pokhara valley on Beni and Pokhara highway to reach at warmer areas of Beni town.

From here follow Kaligandaki River upstream along farm villages to reach at nice village at Tatopani for overnight stop, a place with natural hot-spring (where Tatopani means).

Day 03: Tatopani to Muktinath- 78 KM (4 hrs 30 mins) with overnights.
Today an interesting motorbike ride on newly built mountain road on rough and dirt tracks, as ride follows the river upstream entering into world deepest gorge of Kaligandaki River formed by towering peaks of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna.

Ride continues entering into Mustang district within cool shade of pine and rhododendron forest and heading due north to reach at Jomsom, a headquarter town of Mustang district and hub of Thakali people interwoven with Buddhism religion and culture.

From Jomsom ride leads on windswept Kaligandaki river valley with winding uphill on arid and barren terrain to reach holy Muktinath.

Here with time to visit the Muktinath temple premises with its holy 108 water spouts, with overnight stop in the comfort of nice cozy lodge facing views of Dhaulagiri and Nilgiri’s peaks.

Day 04: Muktinath to Tatopani-78 KM (4 hrs 30 mins) with overnight.
If not visited the temple of holy Muktinath, where morning with enough time for tour of the temple then head down on the same road back at Tatopani having moments to refresh and enjoy in its hot natural pools.

Day 05: Ride to Pokhara and Bandipur- 180 KM (6 hrs) with overnight.
Morning motorbike leads on the same route to Pokhara with time here for lunch and refreshing break, along with views of Annapurna peaks continue ride for few hours to reach at hill town of Bandipur.

An old town of mixed race of Nepalese tribes used to be an important spot in early days, here transfer into Home-Stay huts or in Guest Houses run by local communities facing views of Annapurna and Manaslu range of mountains.

Afternoon explore and observe local cultures and custom of hill traditional life.

Day 06: Ride to Kathmandu- 148 KM (4 hrs and 30 mins) end of services.
Morning catching views then with farewell from the local hill people in traditional Nepalese custom, where ride leads on the same busy highway to reach back at Kathmandu, after a great experience and adventure on Jomsom and Muktinath Motorbike Tour of 6 days.
