Everest Panorama Helicopter Trek begins with normal short flight in a small aircraft to land at Lukla after flying in from Kathmandu, then walk commence into nice Sherpa traditional farm villages and into woods to reach at Sagarmatha National Park (Sagarmatha name for Everest in Nepal, while Sherpa calls as Chomolungma of Tibetan origin).

Slowly walk leads to higher country to reach at large village or a town with nice colorful houses serving as lodge and hotels, with time for rest day to get acclimatize, then heading to our destination at Tengboche Monastery, where you will have pleasant and scenic time marveling grand views of Everest-Lhotse-Nuptse-Amadablam with other chain of mountains,

Tengboche a brilliant spot with views of mountain within green woodland surrounding having time to visit its impressive monastery, and another adventure awaits where Helicopter ride takes you view points at Kalapathar, the highest spot of the trip on land at 5,545 m, with time to visit Everest Base Camp.

After a great combination of adventure with walks and Heli-flights return on chopper to Lukla where normal schedule flight brings you back at Kathmandu with overwhelming memories and experience on Everest Panorama Helicopter Trek.

Outline Itinerary

Day 01: Fly from  Kathmandu to Lukla at Tenzing-Hillary Airport early morning 30 minutes scenic flight then and trek to Phakding (2,612 m / 8,570 f) – 04 hrs.
Day 02: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m / 11,287 ft) via Sagarmatha National park check post – 06 hrs.
Day 03: Acclimatization and Rest day in Namche Bazaar.
Day 04: Trek to Tengboche Monastery (3,860 m /12,665 ft) – 05 hrs.
Day 05: Scenic Helicopter flight from Tengboche to Kala Patthar or Everest base camp Landed.  And fly back to Lukla.
Day 06:  Lukla (Tenzing hilliarry Airport) to Kathmandu (Tribhuvan Int´l Airport) fly back.

Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla at Tenzing-Hillary Airport 30 mins scenic flight and trek to Phakding 2,612 m / 8,570 ft - 04 hrs.

Early morning transfer to Kathmandu domestic airport where scenic short flight takes you to land at Lukla airport named after legendry late mountaineers Tenzing-Hillary, from here walk leads you on normal pace past villages of Sherpa people to reach at Phakding for overnight stop.

Day 02: Trek to Namche Bazaar 3,440 m / 11,287 ft via Sagarmatha National Park check post - 06 hrs.

Morning starts on gradual path heading into nice forest of pines and rhododendron trees and crossing bridges over Dudh Kosi River to reach at lovely looking Monjo villages with views of Tharmarserku peak, and then enter Sagarmatha National Park, provides with information of the park, from here walking on nice path into tree lines.

After the last high bridge a winding uphill walks takes you at famous colorful large village of Namche Bazaar, a great place to be with grand views of peaks.

Day 03:  Acclimatization and Rest day in Namche Bazaar.

At Namche having rest day to support acclimatization before heading higher country, an ideal place for leisure day for short hike
to view point for super scenery of Everest-Amadablam and other high peaks.

Day 04: Trek to Tengboche Monastery 3,860 m/12,665 ft.

From Namche walk leads on nice wide winding path full of views of peaks then heading downhill to a place called Phunki-Tenga, a possible lunch stop as time permits.

Afternoon walk on uphill path to reach at most beautiful spot at Tengboche, where route leads through enchanting forest of tall rhododendron and pines with juniper trees, as walk slowly reaches
on top of a hill at Tengboche and its interesting monastery.

A place surrounded by woodland and snow-capped mountains with views of Everest and majestic Amadablam with series of peaks.

Here with time to visit the monastery interior where great festival Mani-Rimdu held every year in the month of October and November as per Buddhist calendar.

Day 05: Scenic Helicopter flight from Tengboche to Kala Patthar or Everest base camp Landing and fly back to Lukla.

Today our major walks and trekking completes, where panoramic ride in a Helicopter takes you Kalapathar a scenic view-point hill at above 5,545 m facing closest look of Mt. Everest.

Then head towards Everest base camp where Helicopter flies around and then landing to view Khumbu massive Ice-Falls and glaciers, then fly back to Lukla for last overnight stop around high Khumbu and Everest area.

Day 06:  From Lukla fly back to Kathmandu.

Morning depart from the lodge at Lukla for panoramic flight with stunning range of Himalayan mountains with Everest on 30 minutes scenic flight then landing at Kathmandu airport, and transfer to domestic terminal for drive to your respective hotels, after a great memorable adventure and experience on Everest Panorama Helicopter Trek.
