Mr. Dawa Jirel hails from the district of Dolakha born in 1985 and began his trekking career since 2005. As he grew up in Dolakha near the town of Jiri which is also known as Switzerland of Nepal due to its beautiful and scenic location of a verdant valley, green rolling hills dotted with farm villages in the shade of white snow peaks of Mt. Gaurishankar and Melung Tse.

Mr. Dawa Jirel was popularly known by his nickname as King Boka comes from a great lovely town which is the original and classic route to Everest as trekked by early pioneers and mountaineers like Tenzing and Hillary used the route of Jiri to Everest in 1953. Due to his famous home village have led countless treks and making the trip a huge success he has travelers extensively around Everest, Annapurna, Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, and Langtang with a remote country of Dolpo. Trekking with Dawa (King Boka) will be an enjoyable adventure as he can provide all kinds of information required by his guests on route to various destinations of Nepal Himalaya.
