White Hill Adventure Treks & Expeditions like you to read and understand fully before and after booking trips with us with following Norms & Terms Conditions so that you will not have any misunderstanding and high expectations with us, although we will try effort running trips as smooth and efficiently beyond our limits.
01: Down Payment
On booking for trip selected with 25% down payment is required to make in advance as per the WHAT policy.
35% – If more than eight weeks prior to arrival date rest of the trip cost balance to be paid on arrival before trek / tour departure
100% – If less than eight weeks prior to arrival and trip departure date

03: Bank Transfer (Payment of the Balance)
The payment for the outstanding balance of your holiday is 8 weeks prior to your trip departure date. If you choose to settle your holiday balance by credit card a handling charge of 3% on the outstanding balance is made. There is no handling charge for payment by cheque or bank transfer.
04: Last Hour Booking:
We accept your last hour booking in the eve of trip departure with 100% payment (07 days prior to tour starting date only for Nepal Trips, but for trips in Bhutan, India and Tibet will not be accepted, requires at least minimum of 2 weeks in advance prior to trip departure around neighboring countries.
05: Refund:
No refund for 25% deposit amount in case of cancellation of your trip for any other reason.
Having paid full amount of any selected trip, you are entitled to incur refund in case if you want to cancel your trip. Still, cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip. Nevertheless, you are imposed cancellation charge as advised below.

06: Supplement Charge:
All our holidays tour / trek packages, accommodation in rooms or tents provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed as extra to client who does not have another tour participant to share room or in tents.
07: Early return from Tour / Treks:
No refund will be made to clients on early return from our trips due to personal domestic / medical or personal problem from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.
08: Amendment in Trip Cost:
White Hill Adventure Treks & Expeditions reserve the right to revise costing rate posted in our website or in any articles, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are beyond our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc. inflammation, But, we put our effort to keep on the present cost rate as much as possible.
09: Unforeseen Circumstances:
If we have to cancel respective trip due to unforeseen circumstances like, natural disasters, political conflict, unfavorable bad climate, broken trail and roads etc., we will refer you alternative trip of a similar standard. Even if this doesn’t fit your personal interest, all trip price paid by you to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
10: Clients’ Responsibility:
A tour / trek guide representing White Hill Adventure Treks & Expeditions deserves all authority during your tours and treks. If you behave badly and commit any unlawful act, you are compelled to leave the tour / treks. No refund will be made in such condition.
11: Impact on your journey:
We will make every effort to ensure comfortable traveling but it is must to understand that what you might be accustomed to the western affluent countries, Himalayan or Third World and Developing Countries can’t afford such facilities. Weather is another factor that directly impact on the journey. Hence, patience in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before head is must to venture into journey just take as it comes and think positive and you will enjoy the trip if you expect more than things does not happen according to you and feel disappointed, so take the matter and this way you will enjoy the holiday with us.
12: Travel Insurance:
You must have complete travel insurance package against medical, travel for natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly suggested to all our respected clients.
13: Tour Amendment:
To make alterations of any trek / tour itinerary, prior notice is requested.
You are advised to stay in touch with us thus, but occasionally, you may be obliged to do so en route under certain circumstance for instance bad weather etc.
14: Your personal belongings:
On any account, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage of your baggage / luggage or property even when it is shouldered by our porters, ponies or vehicles. That means your personal possessions; luggage might be at your risk at the times, and however our trip escorts and guides will provide necessary safety precautions that this does not arise while with us.
15: Papers & Documents:
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.
16: Risk & Responsibility:
Your safety and satisfaction is our main concern. We therefore carry out our job sincerely & honestly to make sure your holiday a Hassel Free. Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, trip may be change under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as land-slides, road block, floods, heavy snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.
17: Flight Delay/Cancellation:
There are possibility of flight delay or postponement even cancellation due to unfavorable bad weather conditions in Himalayan regions which could happen, particular around Everest in Lukla, Phaplu and around Annapurna area in Jomsom -Mustang / Manang region Humdre, and on the Far West Dolpo, Simikot and Jumla region and on Far East sector Tumlingtar, and Taplejung area.
18: Health & Fitness:
All our Treks and Tours require sound health and level of fitness before signing with the booking with us, client requires should always check with your local Doctor or Physician regarding your health and fitness before the trip departures to Himalayan destinations.
It’s solely client’s responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical condition or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of your required medical attention, which may affect your capability to travel on the trips booked with us.
19: Publicity:
A trust and agreement permitting White Hill Adventure Treks & Expeditions may use pictures, photos or images of you taken during the trip without informing you and as well without compensation to you, for promotion and advertising purpose only through whatever medium it takes place.
20: Eco-Tourism:
Always leading the scenic, cultural routes to provide absolute wilderness away from the main trails giving new experience to our valuable clients along with our warm hospitality and as well preserving the beautiful nature and its environment from destruction.
21: Welfare and Safety:
All the companies are well aware on client’s safety and have given top priority and as well the welfare of the staffs and porters also
We have an up-to-date fleet, comprising coaches’ smaller vehicle and also comfortable 4 wheel drives.
22: Tour and Trekking Guides:
All tours are escorted by well trained and knowledgeable English-speaking guides. The services of guides speaking other languages (e.g. Japanese, German, Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Russian-Dutch and French) may also be provided with sufficient prior notice and at an additional cost. Group escorts are well versed in their related fields. From trekking-mountaineering, rafting to culture and ornithology to botany, and have the best informed guides. They work with the single-minded objective of acquainting you with Nepal-India-Tibet to the best of their ability.
23: Season:
Nearly all seasons is suitable for this trek except the monsoon months of July to mid September, March and April will be flowering season where one can be fascinated with wild flowers in full bloom especially the rhododendron flowers of various colors and species.
Special Note:
Trekking around remote areas or in as described above, especially during odd season, you’re highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence. In case of flight cancellation pre-tour/post-tour, you need to meet your accommodation and food costs yourself.

Equipment & Clothing:
Well fitting, comfortable boots / shoes are to be preferred over training shoes and clothing will be required, for strong hot sun on drive through the lower foothills to freezing temperatures at night in the higher region. Shorts, skirt or lightweight trousers are ideal in the heat of the day along with T-shirt, long sleeved cotton shirts and sun hat. During the evening and the higher altitudes warmers clothing will be needed. When visiting monasteries and holy places. Short or half pants and short sleeves shirt should not be worn.
